Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts and frameworks.
Create and maintain Test Strategy, Test Plans, Estimations, and Capacity Planning.
Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing QA team.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for issue resolution and reporting.
Apply QA best practices within Agile/SDLC processes.
Perform risk assessment and management for QA activities.
Conduct load and performance testing as required.
Maintain documentation and provide visibility into QA progress, issues, and outcomes.
Ensure continuous improvement of the automation framework and testing processes.
