Experience

5+ year Experience in Bancassurance (General Insurance, NBFC experience preferred)

Job Responsibilities
Identification of potential Alliances (Private Banks, Microfinance, NBFC, HFC and Small Finance Banks) and also maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the partner organization.
Analyzing the potential of the partner and devising a structured approach towards converting the same to Business.
Engaging across hierarchies within the NBFC partners through effective relationship management skills
Solution selling to partners. Should display application and creativity in building a compelling Value Proposition for the partner organizations.
Motivate and drive the team for achieving business target
