Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations of the organization.
Ensure accurate maintenance of books of accounts and timely monthly and yearly financial closures.
Oversee GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and working capital management.
Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, budgets, and financial analysis for management review.
Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
Supervise and guide the accounts team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.
Coordinate with operations and other departments to strengthen financial controls and processes.
Implement and monitor internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
Provide financial insights and reports to senior management for strategic decision-making
Qualifications & Requirements:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
8–10 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliances, and financial reporting.
Experience in MIS reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
