AGM – Tunnel
Managing overall tunnel construction, repair, rehabilitation and maintenance activities as per project requirements.
Leading site execution teams and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and within the scheduled timeline.
Planning and monitoring tunnel activities including excavation, rock bolting, shotcrete, grouting, wire mesh, forepoling, steel rib installation and other NATM support systems.
Reviewing geological conditions and coordinating appropriate tunnel support measures in accordance with approved methodology and drawings.
Managing manpower, machinery, materials and subcontractors to achieve planned productivity and project targets.
Coordinating with clients, consultants and project management teams regarding technical issues, progress,



quality and site requirements.
Monitoring project progress, identifying delays and implementing corrective measures to improve productivity.
Ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety procedures and project requirements.
Preparing and reviewing daily, weekly and monthly progress reports, work plans and resource requirements.
Supporting project planning, cost control, material planning and execution strategy for tunnel works.
Leading and mentoring engineering and site execution teams to ensure effective project delivery.
