Business Manager – Interior Design

nAbout the Role

nTint Tone and Shade is looking for a results-driven Business Manager to drive business development, sales, client acquisition, and revenue growth in Bangalore.

nThis is an Individual Contributor role for a commercially strong qualified with proven experience in the Interior Design / Home Interiors industry.

nKey Responsibilities

Drive business development and revenue growth for the Bangalore market.
n
Generate, manage, and convert qualified leads into interior design projects.
n
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to successful closure.
n
Conduct client meetings and understand customer requirements.
n
Build and maintain solid relationships with homeowners and prospective clients.
n
Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure smooth client handover.
n
Prepare, present, negotiate, and close commercial proposals.
n
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and annual targets.
n
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to improve conversions.
n
Track sales performance, pipeline, conversion, and revenue metrics.
n
Handle commercial negotiations and ensure profitable closures.
n
Contribute to business growth initiatives and market expansion.
n





nWhat We're Looking For

n

n
4–8 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
n
Mandatory experience in Interior Design / Home Interiors.
n
Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
n
Strong experience in lead conversion and client acquisition.
n
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
n
Strong understanding of the home interiors / interior design sales cycle.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Robust commercial acumen and relationship-management skills.
n
Ability to work independently and take ownership of business targets.
n
Bangalore-based candidates preferred.
n

nQualification

nBachelor's degree/diploma preferred.

nA background in Interior Design or Architecture will be an added advantage, but relevant interior-industry sales experience is more important.
