Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced hardware and software support for Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.
Troubleshoot networking issues (TCP/IP, LAN) and assist in installation of peripherals such as printers, scanners, and network equipment.
Lead technical activities for current technology introductions and handle technology obsolescence (OS, core applications, security tools).
Deploy and administer IT systems, including desktops/laptops, servers, network devices, voice/video hardware, and mobile devices.
Manage desktop images, upgrades, security patching, and configurations to ensure system reliability.
Handle service requests related to user computing devices, ensuring timely completion according to SLAs.
Collaborate effectively with peer engineers, product engineering, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues independently.
Follow change management and IT service management frameworks (ITIL).
