Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering – 8 plus year of Experience
Proven experience as a Finishing Engineer in high-rise building projects.
Familiarity with Mivan systems and their application in construction.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities in office, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
Collaborate with architects,
designers, and other engineers to ensure the finishing work aligns with the overall project vision.
Conduct regular inspections of work completed by subcontractors and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
Ensure that all finishing works are completed in accordance with safety regulations and best practices.
Provide technical guidance and support to the finishing team and resolve any in office issues.
