Job Responsibilities
Process and manage daily orders received from Amazon, Flipkart and other e-commerce marketplaces.
Verify orders, prepare invoices, and ensure timely order processing.
Generate shipping labels, arrange shipment booking and coordinate with courier/logistics partners.
Track shipments, delivery status, cancellations, returns and RTO orders.
Handle marketplace order-related issues and ensure orders are dispatched within the defined timeline.
Maintain order processing, dispatch and shipment records in Excel/MIS.
Coordinate with warehouse, billing and logistics teams for smooth order fulfilment.
Positive working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub is required.

Required Skills
Positive knowledge of Amazon & Flipkart order processing.
Knowledge of shipment booking, courier portals and tracking.
Basic knowledge of Excel/MIS

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
