ADORA Toy is a rapid-growing toys brand focused on high-quality soft toys and gifting products. We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager who has previously handled a soft toys or kids/toys brand and knows how to scale sales profitably across marketplaces.

This role is not for beginners. We need someone who understands the toys category deeply, including pricing, catalog optimization, ads, inventory planning, and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and scale soft toys listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, FirstCry, and Shopify
Handle end-to-end marketplace operations:
Listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, orders, and returns
Optimize product listings using high-intent keywords to improve organic ranking
Plan and execute Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads & Other Platforms Ads for toys category
Analyze competitors and identify current winning toy SKUs & trends
Manage inventory forecasting to avoid stock-outs and overstocking
Handle order reconciliation, payment settlements, and RTO analysis
Coordinate with logistics partners (Easyship, Seller Flex, courier panels, etc.)




Work closely with the founder to scale revenue and margins
Proven experience managing a Soft Toys / Toys brand (Mandatory Requirement)
Strong understanding of toys category dynamics & seasonality (Mandatory Requirement)
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub (Mandatory Requirement)
Experience in running and optimizing Amazon PPC & marketplace ads (Mandatory Requirement)
Knowledge of Easyship / Seller Flex / third-party logistics (Mandatory Requirement)
Strong analytical mindset with a growth-oriented approach (Mandatory Requirement)
Ability to take ownership and work independently (Mandatory Requirement)

Positive to Have
Experience with FirstCry or kids-focused marketplaces
Knowledge of A+ Content & Brand Store creation
Experience scaling a brand from low to high monthly revenue
Understanding of compliance and safety norms in toys category

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
