Role Description The Title Searcher will conduct comprehensive title searches and examinations to identify liens, encumbrances, and other issues affecting property ownership. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing public records, deeds, mortgages, judgments, and related legal documents to establish an accurate chain of title. The role also involves preparing explicit, organized title reports,



communicating findings with internal teams, and supporting escrow and closing activities as needed. This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent productivity, adherence to deadlines, and strong collaboration via digital tools. The Title Searcher will contribute to maintaining quality standards and ensuring that clients receive timely, reliable title information.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to perform Title Searches and review Deeds with attention to detail.
Knowledge of Liens and Chain of Title and how they impact property ownership and risk.
Familiarity with Escrow processes and documentation used in real estate transactions.
Strong analytical, research, and document review skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and potential issues.
Experience working with county records systems, title plants, or comparable databases.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for drafting reports and
