Customer Service & Operations Executive

Sinehome is looking for a responsible and organised Customer Service & Operations Executive to manage customer enquiries, bookings, WhatsApp confirmations and daily service coordination.

This is a customer service and operations role, not a field sales position.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate service information.
- Take and confirm customer bookings.
- Send confirmed booking details to the assigned Sinehome staff/team.
- Coordinate with field staff regarding customer location, date, time and service requirements.
- Follow up with customers on pending enquiries and bookings.
- Maintain daily booking and customer records in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Update booking status, payment status and service completion details.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate major issues to management.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure bookings are completed smoothly.




- Collect customer feedback after service completion.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Track agreed monthly booking and customer-service targets.

Requirements
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and WhatsApp.
- Basic to good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with field staff.
- Professional attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, operations, hospitality or a similar role is preferred.
