This isn't a desk job – it's your front-row seat to how education really works in India, spending your days inside real schools, talking to the people who run them.

Why This Role is Different: At Edvation, you won't be sitting behind a screen guessing what customers want – you'll be the person who finds out. You'll walk into schools across Bengaluru, talk to the principals and administrators running them, and bring back the problems nobody has documented yet. What you discover goes straight to the CEO and product team, and shapes what we build next.

About Us: Edvation is building technology to make education more accessible, affordable, and available. Over 3 lakh schools in India still run without a proper digitalised system – and we're working to close that gap. But before we build more, we want to deeply understand the problems teachers,



students, and school administrators face every day. That's where you come in.

?️ What You'll Do → Visit schools across Bengaluru and meet administrators, principals, coordinators, and staff → Have genuine conversations about the challenges they face running and managing their schools → Map their current workflows, pain points, frustrations, and technology gaps → Document every insight you uncover in the field → Share your findings directly with the CEO and product team → Follow up, dig deeper, and turn scattered observations into patterns worth building for → Spend most of your day out in the real world, not in a meeting room

✅ What You Bring
Must-Have: → 0–2 years of experience in any field – fresh graduates are genuinely welcome → Based in Bengaluru and comfortable travelling across
