Job Purpose : This job role is responsible for driving sales growth within a designated geographic area by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating existing client relationships. Key responsibilities include conducting market analysis to identify potential clients, executing territory sales plans, utilizing CRM systems for tracking sales activities, delivering product presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Primary duties and responsibilities :




• Will be responsible for managing all the Key and Priority accounts of defined territory.
• Responsible for sales, collection, revenue for assigned customers with a focus on A category customers within territory.
• Also responsible for activating recent customers business and increasing our present share of wallet with existing customers.
• Will be responsible for distributor handling.
• Active participation in partnership program.
• Supporting BTL activities with key accounts. • Strategize in driving business successfully in territory.
• Should have relevant experience in optical industry or FMCG or FMCD in sales. Should be having strong business acumen and flexible to travel Primary duties and responsibilities.

Job Requirements :
• Education – Any graduation (B. Sc. – Preferred) – Preferably degree in Ophthalmology/ MBA – Marketing / Sales.
