Role Description The Senior Quality Assurance Test Lead at CI Global is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This role is responsible for leading QA activities across the software development lifecycle, including defining test strategies, designing test plans and cases,



and overseeing both manual and automated testing. The Senior QA Test Lead will coordinate with product, development, and operations teams to ensure quality standards are met, defects are identified and resolved, and releases are delivered on time. Day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring QA team members, reviewing and improving QA processes, preparing quality metrics and reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and best practices. The role also involves proactive risk identification, root-cause analysis of defects, and continuous improvement of testing methodologies and tools.
Qualifications
