About the Role

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist who can independently handle graphic designing, social media management, video editing, and support the company’s marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
Create creative designs for social media posts, reels, stories, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
Manage company social media pages including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube.
Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
Edit Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, project videos, and event videos.
Stay updated with social media trends and develop engaging content ideas.
Support digital marketing and promotional campaigns for the company and its real estate projects.




Coordinate with the Sales/Marketing team for creative and campaign requirements.
Monitor basic social media performance, engagement, and reach.

Required Skills
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar designing tools.
Valuable knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.
Hands-on experience in social media management and content creation.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media marketing, hashtags, and online advertising.
Valuable creativity, visual sense, communication, and time-management skills.

Preferred: Experience in Real Estate / Construction / Builders / Architecture/Interior industry will be an added advantage. Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Designing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or relevant field.
