Venzo Technologies is looking for Digital Marketing Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience. Candidate will be involved in AI SEO, Social Media Activities, Performance Marketing, Market Research & Report preparation.

In this role, you'll work closely with our sustainability-focused sub-brand, Kytz Labs , helping businesses build impactful digital experiences through sustainable website development, branding, UI/UX design, SEO, and digital marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Optimize websites for AI search engines and answer engines.
Improve visibility in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and similar platforms.
Keyword research and search-intent analysis.
Google Search Console and GA4 monitoring.
Use AI tools for content research, briefs, outlines, and optimization.
Identify content gaps and topical prospects.
Optimize website crawlability, indexability, page speed, and information architecture.
Measure AI visibility, brand mentions, citations, and share of voice.
Prepare monthly SEO/AEO/GEO reports.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
Develop monthly social media plans and content calendars.
Define content themes, campaigns, and posting schedules.




Understand the target audience and their interests.
Manage comments, messages, and basic community engagement.
Support basic Meta advertising campaigns.
Understand Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Performance Max, and Demand Gen campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: BE / MCA / MBA or an equivalent degree, with 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing within an IT company.
GEO, AEO, AI Search Visibility, Entity SEO, Semantic SEO, AI-generated search analysis, LLM-friendly content optimization.
Google Analytics & Tracking – GA4 Setup, Event Tracking, Conversion Tracking, User Behaviour Analysis, Campaign Performance Analysis and Marketing Attribution.
Content Marketing – Content Strategy, Topic Clusters, SEO Content, Landing Page Optimization, Content Briefs, AI-assisted Content Creation and Content Optimization.
Google Ads & PPC – Campaign Setup, Keyword Research, Search Campaigns, Ad Copy, Match Types, Negative Keywords, Audience Targeting, Bidding Strategies, Budget Management, Conversion Tracking and Campaign Optimization.
