Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive EHS Officer to ensure compliance with environment, health, and safety regulations in our FMCG manufacturing plant. The role focuses on maintaining a safe workplace, minimizing risks, and driving a strong safety culture across operations.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal guidelines.
Investigate incidents/accidents and implement corrective actions.
Oversee secure handling of materials, chemicals, and plant operations.
Monitor PPE usage and promote protected work practices.
Manage waste disposal,



emissions, and environmental compliance.
Conduct safety trainings, inductions, and mock drills.
Support emergency preparedness and response activities.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
Certification in Industrial Safety (NEBOSH/IOSH preferred).
36 years of EHS experience in FMCG or manufacturing.
Knowledge of safety regulations, risk assessment, and ISO standards.
Robust communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
