Job Qualifications ( FEMALES Only APPLY)
1–3 years of experience in fashion retail, premium/luxury fashion, kidswear or lifestyle brands.
Strong interest and understanding of fashion, styling, fabrics, colours and current trends.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a warm, confident and approachable personality.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide personalised styling and product recommendations.
Comfortable working with premium customers and creating a high-quality, welcoming store experience.
Valuable understanding of kidswear sizing, fits and styling; experience with mother-and-child fashion is an advantage.
Strong sales orientation with the ability to meet individual and store sales targets.
Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.
Presentable, energetic and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for fashion.
Good eye for visual merchandising and product presentation.
Comfortable using POS systems, WhatsApp,



Instagram and basic retail technology.
Valuable spoken English and Hindi.
Should be responsible, proactive, well-organised and comfortable working in a rapid-paced boutique environment.
A degree/diploma in Fashion, Retail, Styling or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
