As an ERP Support Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate day-to-day functional and operational queries on our ERP platform. This is a excellent opportunity for a fresher who enjoys problem-solving, learning recent software, and working directly with customers to start a career in enterprise software support.

What You'll Do
Respond to client queries related to day-to-day usage of the ERP system via phone, email, or chat
Troubleshoot functional issues reported by clients and guide them to a resolution
Log, track, and follow up on support tickets until closure
Assist clients with basic configuration, data entry corrections, and report generation within the ERP
Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant internal teams (development/implementation)
Maintain transparent documentation of issues, resolutions, and client interactions
Build a strong understanding of the ERP modules (Finance, Inventory, Sales, HR, etc.) to support clients effectively




Help identify recurring issues and suggest process or product improvements
Create and customize document formats (invoices, reports, vouchers, etc.) for clients using DevExpress Reports, the ERP's built-in reporting tool

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field
Strong communication skills — verbal and written
Good problem-solving and analytical ability
Comfortable working with software applications; basic understanding of accounting/business processes is a plus
Patient, customer-first attitude with the ability to explain things clearly to non-technical users
Willingness to learn our ERP product in depth
Freshers are encouraged to apply — training will be provided
