Role: Associate & Senior Associate (Voice/Non-Voice)

Location: Bangalore, KA, IN

Shift: Night Shifts (US/Australian) – Work from Office Only

What You'll Do:
Handle international customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls.
Provide top-notch English communication to resolve queries and issues.
Engage with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs.
Deliver outstanding service to ensure customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:
Educational Background: PUC (12th), Diploma (3 years), Undergraduates, or Graduates from any stream (BE/B.Tech included).
Freshers and candidates with BPO or non-BPO experience are welcome!
Age Limit: 30 years maximum.
Immediate joiners only.
