Role Overview:
Position: Customer Care Executive
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls.
Engage with existing and prospective customers to gather information.
Understand customer needs by asking insightful questions.
Resolve customer queries related to products and services.
Provide outstanding customer service and support.

What You Need to Succeed:
Excellent English Communication (both verbal and written).
PUC (12th), Diploma (3 years), Undergraduates, BE/B.Tech, and Graduates in any stream are welcome.
Freshers and candidates with BPO or non-BPO experience are eligible to apply.
Maximum Age Limit: 35 years.
Shift Timing: Only night shifts (US/Australian time zones).

Salary & Advantages:
Salary Range: INR 2.9 LPA - 4.0 LPA (with Incentives and Goodies).
