Study tender documents, specifications, drawings and BOQs.
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, BOQs and material estimates.
Prepare project costing and techno-commercial quotations.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from vendors and OEMs.
Coordinate with design, projects, procurement and sales teams for technical and commercial inputs.
Identify scope gaps, exclusions, deviations and additional requirements.
Prepare compliance statements and technical submissions.
Conduct rate analysis and support value engineering and cost optimisation.
Maintain estimation records, vendor quotations and project costing databases.
