About the Role

We are looking for energetic and target-driven Field Sales Officers (FOS) to join our real estate sales team. The role involves handling inbound leads, connecting with prospective buyers/investors, understanding their requirements, and booking qualified meetings/site visits with the sales team for property closure.

Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with leads generated through various channels.
Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location, and property preferences.
Qualify leads and identify genuine buying/investment intent.
Schedule meetings and property site visits with potential customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp.
Keep lead status and customer information updated in the CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and meeting-booking targets.




Coordinate with the closing/sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified prospects.
Build robust relationships with prospective buyers and provide a professional customer experience.

What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, real estate, BFSI, automotive, or a target-driven sales role.
Solid communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Positive English communication; Hindi is an advantage.
Dubai/UAE real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Candidates willing to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month Work Location: On the road
