The role

Work directly with the founder on strategy, planning, and execution. A generalist role by design — ideal for someone early in their career who wants to understand how a healthcare business is actually built.

What you’ll do
Sit in on strategy discussions and turn decisions into plans, timelines, and trackers
Support growth of our medical education app — acquisition, engagement, retention
Help plan and launch our obesity and diabetes-focused clinic programs
Build decks, run research, coordinate vendors and partners, close loops
Take on whatever the business needs — this is an early-stage workplace

Who we want
0–2 years experience, or a robust fresher
Genuinely curious about healthcare, education, and business
Organised, reliable, comfortable with Excel and presentations
Explicit English; based in Mumbai or willing to relocate
Medical background welcome, not required
