Role Overview
We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Electrical Maintenance Engineer to ensure smooth operation of electrical systems, minimize downtime, and maintain safety standards across plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems
Maintain and troubleshoot electrical panels, motors, and control systems
Identify faults and perform quick troubleshooting and repairs
Assist in handling and monitoring PLC systems and automation controls
Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and regulations
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and documentation
Coordinate with production and mechanical teams for smooth plant operations
Support installation and commissioning of recent electrical equipment
Monitor system performance and suggest improvements for efficiency and reliability
Key Skills Required
Strong understanding of electrical systems, motors, and panels
Basic knowledge of PLC and industrial automation systems
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
Good troubleshooting and fault-finding skills
Knowledge of electrical safety standards and practices
Strong coordination and communication skills
Qualification & Experience
Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
2–5 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance (manufacturing/processing industry preferred)
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in handling industrial electrical systems
Ability to work in a quick-paced production setting
Responsible, disciplined, and safety-focused approach
Team player with problem-solving mindset
