We are looking for an experienced Event Project Head – Operations to lead the execution of an upcoming exhibition/event project in Gurugram.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end event operations and on-ground execution
Coordinate with vendors, production teams and venue teams
Manage exhibition/stall setup and readiness
Coordinate manpower, logistics and timelines
Handle on-ground issues and ensure smooth event execution
Coordinate with the client and internal teams

Requirements:
Prior experience in event operations, exhibitions or corporate events
Robust vendor and team coordination skills
Ability to independently manage on-ground execution
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
Immediate availability preferred

Pay: ₹44,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
