Key Responsibilities:
Lead and own projects from conception to delivery, ensuring high performance, scalability, security, and availability.
Build and nurture a cooperative, creative engineering culture.
Define and implement engineering best practices, processes, and metrics for continuous improvement in an Agile workplace.
Develop roadmaps, manage headcount, schedules, and deliverables across multiple projects.
Motivate team members, set objectives, review performance, define growth plans, and guide career development.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, project managers, test managers, database teams, and quality teams to deliver features, releases, and technical PoCs.
Ensure quality and timely delivery of assigned tasks and projects.
Own hiring, grooming, and technical development of team members.
Proactively identify improvement areas and suggest solutions related to people, processes, technology, quality, and delivery.
Collaborate with other technical managers and leaders to build integrated enterprise-class software product suites for Fortune 100 pharmaceutical clients.
