Key Responsibilities Conduct regular field visits to identify and approach potential customers. Generate leads through field marketing, direct interactions, referrals, and local market activities. Promote company products/services and explain their features and perks to prospective customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Achieve assigned lead-generation and sales targets. Conduct market surveys and gather information about competitors, customer preferences, and market trends.

Coordinate with the sales team to convert generated leads into business opportunities. Maintain daily reports of field visits, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions. Participate in promotional campaigns, exhibitions, events, and other marketing activities.

Ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers.

Requirements Valuable communication and interpersonal skills. Robust convincing and negotiation abilities. Comfortable with regular field travel. Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an advantage.
