Key Responsibilities:
Provide L1 and L2 support for production trading applications.
Monitor and ensure smooth functioning of Equity, Derivatives, and Commodities trading systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve application, system, and database-related issues within defined SLAs.
Track, manage, and coordinate incident resolution activities.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions.
Execute application deployments, patches, and system upgrades.
Plan, schedule, and conduct Disaster Recovery (DR) drills.
Run Oracle/SQL queries for troubleshooting, data validation, and log analysis.
Implement change requests and support regulatory-driven system enhancements.
Ensure compliance with exchange regulations and operational controls.
Prepare daily MIS reports, operational dashboards, and technical documentation.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and support compliance reviews.




Coordinate with business users to understand requirements and ensure uninterrupted operations.
Act as the primary technical point of contact for internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with application vendors for advanced issue resolution and system improvements.

Key Competencies:
Robust understanding of Equity, Derivatives, Commodities, and trading operations. Knowledge of exchange processes and market practices.
Expertise in managing L1/L2 support, incident management, deployments, and system upgrades.
Ensures high system availability and operational stability.
Effective coordination with business users, internal teams, and external vendors. Solid communication, collaboration, and customer service orientation.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
