Role Overview

We are looking for a German Language Expert with B2 or higher proficiency in German to support customers and provide a skilled service experience.

The candidate should be comfortable understanding, speaking, reading and writing in German and should be able to communicate clearly with German-speaking customers while handling their queries in a professional and customer-centric manner.

Key Responsibilities

German Language & Customer Communication
Communicate with customers professionally in German
Understand customer queries accurately and provide clear and appropriate responses
Demonstrate strong German speaking, listening, reading and writing skills
Interpret customer requirements correctly and avoid communication gaps
Maintain appropriate grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and professional tone

Customer Support
Handle customer queries related to products, services, accounts or general support requirements
Understand the customer's concern and identify the appropriate resolution
Provide accurate information according to defined processes and guidelines
Ensure a positive and professional customer experience
Handle dissatisfied or challenging customers calmly and professionally




Escalate unresolved or complex cases to the appropriate team

Case Management & Documentation
Record customer interactions accurately in the relevant system/CRM
Maintain complete and accurate case notes
Follow established SOPs and escalation procedures
Ensure timely follow-up wherever required
Maintain customer-data confidentiality and process compliance

Mandatory Skills
German Language Certification/Proficiency B2 or Above
Strong verbal and written communication in German
Ability to understand German conversations with good listening comprehension
Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills
Basic English communication for internal coordination
Good computer and typing skills
Ability to learn recent tools and processes quickly
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Customer-focused, patient and solution-oriented approach

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with Goethe-Zertifikat B2, TELC B2, SD B2 or equivalent German proficiency can be considered, subject to the employer's accepted certification/assessment criteria.
