Support parents and teachers over chat, email, and calls
Handle escalations and ensure smooth resolution

What we're looking for
Prior customer service experience
Robust English communication
Bachelor's degree
Available to work from office (in-person role)
Two shift options available: Day Shift (1 PM–10 PM) and US Shift (10 PM–7 AM, one weekday off).
