nKey Responsibilities

Work on hot and qualified leads provided by the company.
n
Connect with customers over calls, understand their financial requirements, and recommend suitable loan products.
n
Generate conversions through effective calling, follow-ups, objection handling, and relationship management.
n
Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation, process, and applicable terms clearly to customers.
n
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers throughout the sales journey.
n
Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
n




Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
n
Ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
n

nRequired Skills & Experience

n

n
1–4 years of experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Direct Sales, specifically in the financial services industry.
n
Experience in selling any of the following products will be preferred: Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Personal Loans, Business Loans, Pre-approved Loans, Overdraft / Credit Products etc.
n
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
n
Valuable listening & communicating skills, having command over diction and spoken english.
n
Basic understanding of loan processes and financial products.
n
