Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month (Based on candidate experience and profile)

Schedule:
Split Shift: 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM & 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM
Sunday: Half-day off

Job Summary We are looking for a active and vigilant Dispatch Executive to supervise loading and unloading operations for building materials, including granite, tiles, and adhesive bags. You will ensure precise material measurements during delivery receipts, guide labor staff during dispatch, assist clients with product details, and maintain transparent reporting with management.

Key Responsibilities
Loading Supervision: Direct and supervise loading staff to safely handle, pack, and secure heavy materials like granite, tiles, and adhesive bags into dispatch vehicles.
Inbound Inspection & Measurement: Accurately verify, cross-check, and measure material quantities (square footage, piece counts, and bag weights) while trucks are being unloaded.
Discrepancy Reporting:



Inspect incoming stock for damages or sizing variations and document accurate readings before stock entry.
Client Interaction: Address client queries regarding loaded dispatches, explain measurement details, and ensure smooth delivery handoffs.
Management Reporting: Maintain regular logs of daily dispatches, incoming receipts, and stock measurements, communicating updates directly to management.

Requirements & Skills
Prior experience in stock management, loading supervision, or dispatch (experience in granite, marble, tile, or construction material yards is highly preferred).
Robust practical measurement skills (understanding square footage, dimensions, and weight units).
Ability to manage and guide labor/loading staff effectively.
Explicit verbal communication skills for client interactions and reporting.
Punctuality and readiness to work split-shift hours.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
