Design and develop sheet metal components as per requirements.
Prepare 2D & 3D drawings using AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Creo.
Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes.
Prepare flat patterns, bend allowance and bend deduction.
Select suitable material, thickness and manufacturing methods.
Prepare detailed production drawings with dimensions & tolerances.
Design parts considering laser cutting, bending, punching and welding processes.
Coordinate with Production, Quality and Tool Room teams.
Modify designs based on production and customer requirements.
Resolve design and manufacturing-related issues.
Maintain drawing revisions and engineering documents.
Ensure designs are manufacturable, cost-effective and quality-oriented.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
