Experience:
8+ years of experience in software testing, with 4+ years in Guidewire Policy Center.
Robust understanding of underwriting workflows, rating logic, and product configuration.
Hands-on experience with Guidewire testing tools (GUnit, ITP) and automation frameworks.
Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD settings.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred.
