Night Shift (US/Australia Process)
5 working days
2 rotational week-offs
2-way cab facility provided

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls
Provide accurate information and effective issue resolution
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Eligibility & Requirements:
Graduate / Undergraduate
0–3 years of experience in international voice processes
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Willingness to work night shifts
Age limit: 18–30 years

Compensation & Advantages:
Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 per month (for experienced candidates)
