Experience- 0 to 3 Years
Qualification-12th passed/Diplama
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Resolve customer queries and issues effectively.
Provide accurate information and assistance.
Maintain high-quality customer service standards.
Ensure excellent customer experience.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support/voice process.
Excellent English communication skills.
Willingness to work in rotational night shifts.
5 days working with 2 rotational week-offs.
Candidates must be willing to work from office.

Two-way cab available
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
