Machine Operation: Setting machine parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time) and loading raw plastic materials into the hopper.
Quality Control: Inspecting molded parts for defects (e.g., flash, short shots, warpage) to ensure they meet exact specifications.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Clearing jams, performing routine machine cleaning, and reporting major mechanical faults to maintenance teams.
Monitor process parameters on the injection machines & secondary system, troubleshooting molding problems including but not limited to flash, short shot, dimensional issues etc.
Robust understanding of plastics processing and hydraulic machinery.
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and quality control standards.
High attention to detail and physical stamina to stand and work in a quick-paced workplace
Pay: ₹10,872.86 - ₹35,000.00 per month
