Manager – Program Manager - Global Impact Fellowship

Location: Current Delhi | Hybrid

Experience: 5–8 Years

About the Role

Edunet Foundation is looking for a strategic and hands-on skilled to lead its UN engagement and Global Impact Fellowship Program .

The role will be responsible for activating Edunet’s UN ECOSOC Consultative Status , building relationships with UN agencies, missions and development partners, while also owning the Global Impact Fellowship end-to-end — from outreach and fellow selection to program delivery, mentorship and the final global showcase.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Edunet’s engagement with UN ECOSOC, UN agencies, missions and relevant global platforms .
Represent Edunet at relevant UN forums, conferences and international events.
Identify and coordinate UN side events, partnerships and global collaborations .
Develop UN statements, briefs, reports and stakeholder communication.
Build relationships with organizations such as UNDP, UNESCO, ILO, UN Women, UN DESA and relevant missions.
Manage UN accreditation, event coordination and engagement calendars.
Lead the Global Impact Fellowship end-to-end , including outreach, applications, selection,



onboarding and cohort management.
Coordinate mentorship, fellow activities, partners, budgets and program delivery .
Plan and execute the Fellowship’s culminating showcase , leveraging Edunet’s global/UN network for visibility.
Track outcomes, prepare reports and strengthen the Fellowship for future cohorts.

Required Skills & Experience
5–8 years of experience in UN/Multilateral Affairs, International Development, NGO/Development Sector, Partnerships or similar roles .
Solid understanding of UN/ECOSOC processes and civil society engagement .
Experience managing fellowship, youth leadership, scholarship or cohort-based programs .
Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building and communication skills.
Excellent drafting, presentation and event-management skills.
Experience working with international organizations, UN agencies or development partners is preferred.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in International Relations, Public Policy, Development Studies or a related field.
