Job Purpose

This role will be responsible for talent acquisition of various roles at ABML across zones and to ensure smooth execution of HR processes, systems within the defined process & TAT.

KRA1 Employee Connect
Drive all employee initiatives at unit and central level
Support in employee engagement activities across zones

KRA2 To manage recruitment MIS, undertake process improvements & provide inputs
To maintain detailed data pertaining to recruitment closure and TATs, recruitment cost ratios, sourcing channel efficiency etc.
To coordinate for recent recruitment/ assessment tools and to induct the hiring managers with efficient assessment techniques for enabling them to assess interviewees better

KRA3 To manage joining & onboarding formalities of the new hires for their smooth transition into the company
To perform requisite administrative functions related to joining formalities
To facilitate induction & smooth on-board transition of the new employee
To brief the candidate about the job profile, salary & benefits, key new joinee policies & issue the appointment letter.

KRA4 To coordinate candidate screening,



evaluation & selection processes to secure best fit candidates
To undertake preliminary screening & shortlist candidates that fulfill the selection credentials
To schedule interviews in coordination with the departmental heads & undertake candidate assessments
To ensure efficient documentation and referral checks, medical tests, etc for new joinees in line with the organizational policy

KRA5 To recruit within the defined TATs as per business requirements
Facilitate manpower hiring across the region within Budget and as per approved manpower plan
Ensure all point in time at least 100% of budgeted dealers and other role holders are on board
To interact with departmental heads & understand profile specifications, strategize & plan recruitments
To source candidates through job portals, qualified & social networking sites, employee referrals, internal recruitments, consultants & identify other innovative & cost-effective ways of sourcing
To liaise with sourcing vendors & ensure that they comply with the sourcing SLAs laid down by the company.
Ensure recruitments are done with an optimum sourcing mix to maintain cost within budget.
