We are looking for a proactive, organised, and people-focused Junior HR Executive to join our team. This is a student-friendly, part-time opportunity, ideal for students who are currently studying and want to gain practical experience in HR while continuing their education.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment, job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Conduct initial candidate screening and maintain recruitment trackers.
Support employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with payroll inputs and basic HR administration.
Support employee engagement, training, and HR initiatives.
Handle employee queries professionally and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements
Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, Operations, Management, or a related field.
0–1 year of HR, recruitment, internship, or administrative experience.
Basic knowledge of Indian payroll, including PF, ESI, and Skilled Tax.
Basic Excel skills,



including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Good communication, organisation, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
HRMS/recruitment platform experience is an advantage.
