Job Summary:

The IT Executive is responsible for managing and maintaining the hotel’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of all hardware, software, networks, and hospitality systems. The role ensures uninterrupted support to Front Office, F&B;, Finance, Sales, and other departments, while maintaining data security and system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:1. System & Network Management
Maintain and monitor servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices.
Ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and Wi-Fi access for guests and staff.
Manage LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and CCTV systems.
Perform regular system backups and data security checks.
Hotel Software & Application Support
Maintain and troubleshoot Property Management System (PMS).
Support POS systems used in F&B; outlets.
Coordinate with vendors for software updates and issue resolution.
Ensure smooth functioning of billing systems, channel managers, and booking engines.
Hardware Maintenance
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, biometric systems,



and other IT equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades.
Maintain inventory of IT assets and licenses.
IT Security & Compliance
Ensure data protection and cybersecurity measures are in place.
Manage antivirus, firewall, and system security protocols.
Maintain confidentiality of guest and company data.
Implement IT policies and SOPs.
User Support & Troubleshooting
Provide day-to-day technical support to all departments.
Resolve issues related to Wi-Fi, email, printers, network, and system access.
Train staff on recent systems and software when required.
Vendor Coordination
Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers.
Negotiate AMC contracts and ensure timely service.
Track service requests and follow up for resolution.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
