HR Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Executive with at least 1 year of experience in recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and databases.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, offers, and joining.




Assist in preparing and releasing job postings across relevant platforms.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Prepare regular recruitment reports and provide updates on hiring progress.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment and candidate screening processes.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities effectively.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment tools.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with internal teams.
