We are currently looking to onboard a Pre-Sales Tele-caller for Muppiri Developers, a real estate development firm based in Bengaluru.

Developers is a premium luxury builder and developer focused on creating exceptional living spaces for homebuyers.

Role & Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and present project details with clarity, confidence, and customization.
Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion tracking.
Manage and update the lead database through CRM systems.
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable properties across different buyer segments.
Address client queries related to pricing, payment plans, and project timelines with accuracy and empathy.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging with project USPs.





Skills & Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of tele-calling experience
Prior experience in the real estate industry
Hands-on knowledge of CRM platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi (all three)
Confident, explicit phone communication with solid persuasion and objection-handling skills Perks & Culture Highlights - Work Mode: In office (Bengaluru)
