HR Manager – Pharma Plant

Location: Panchkula/Baddi

Key Responsibilities:
Manage complete HR & Admin operations at the pharmaceutical plant.
Handle manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce deployment.
Manage attendance, shifts, leave, payroll coordination, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and industrial relations.
Coordinate training, induction, performance appraisal, and employee engagement.
Maintain HR MIS and plant-related reports.
Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and other departments.
Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and plant procedures.
Support audits and maintain required HR documentation.
Manage contract labour and manpower vendors.
Ensure a positive and disciplined work workplace within the plant.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
