HR Recruiter –
We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and support the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Conduct initial candidate interviews and shortlist suitable profiles.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage offers, follow-ups, and onboarding documentation.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
Build a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sourcing, coordination, and follow-up skills.
