Perform regular system updates, patches, and configuration changes. Maintain and update technical documentation for network processes, systems, and configurations. Implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
Collaborate with IT teams and vendors for problem resolution and system upgrades. Manage and monitor LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity across multiple locations. Participate in disaster recovery planning and implementation.
