Job Summary

Nexogrik Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Fresher to join our HR team in Pune.

This is a outstanding chance for fresh graduates who want to start their career in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition. No prior work experience is required. Candidates with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial candidate calls and basic HR discussions.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal teams.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist with offer and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment-related documentation and reports.
Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment activities.

Requirements
Fresher candidates only.




Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a team and meet recruitment targets.
Interest in building a career in HR and Talent Acquisition.
