Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and help us attract the right talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
Understand manpower requirements and job descriptions from different departments.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, references, campus drives, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidates' communication skills, experience, and suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage walk-in drives, campus recruitment drives, and bulk hiring activities.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate offer rollout, salary discussions, documentation, and joining formalities.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.




Work towards achieving assigned recruitment targets and closure timelines.
Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports and share updates with management.
Support other HR activities as and when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate inSCIENCE BACKGROUND OR HR, MBA, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Freshers with strong communication and recruitment interest may also apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of job portals and qualified networking platforms.
Ability to handle multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking.
Solid coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates based in or willing to work from Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
Experience in IT and non-IT recruitment will be an added advantage.
Energetic, target-oriented, and proactive candidates preferred.
