nEnsure timely delivery of projects by managing project schedules, resources, and stakeholders effectively.
nResponsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.

Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on Oracle HCM Payroll modules such as Time & Labor, Perks, Compensation, etc.
n
Troubleshoot issues related to payroll processing, statutory compliance, and system configuration.

nQualifications

n
Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech / B.E.).
n
nRequired Skills
n
n
7 - 12 Years of experience in Oracle HCM Payroll Consulting or similar role.
n
Solid knowledge of Oracle Payroll (Global Implementation) with hands-on experience in at least one module like Time & Labor, Advantages, Compensation etc.
n
Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex ideas simply to both technical and non-technical audiences.
